 Richard Calkin
he started his career as a journalist, before moving into graphic design, print production, advertising, direct marketing, corporate communications and marketing strategy.
He is one of the country’s foremost authorities on e-marketing and is the architect of Web Genius, a web-based e-marketing, content management/membership toolset for small to large businesses with a growing client base both in New Zealand and offshore.
Richard’s foundation client "Shoe Clinic" has used the system to build their loyalty database to over 65,000 members within just 4 years.
Richard is a regular speaker and presenter as part of The Biz Centre network’s NZ Trade & Enterprise sponsored e-Marketing Programme, hosting workshops on “e-Marketing Fundamentals", "Trafficology", "Blog Marketing" and "Online Referral Marketing".
During his spare time Richard is a keen sportsman, and is still active in hockey and cricket. During the 1980s he was a New Zealand hockey representative and senior cricketer.

Yoosuf M.Jiffry with his financial background worked as a Finance Director for 9 years in Pakistan in a Blue Chip company and there after moved to Gulf for 9 years and started Direct Sales Concept with DS-MAX in Saudi Arabia and thereafter moved to Sri Lanka in 1995 to continue the same business which he knew and diverted to book division.
He is also Chairman & Managing Director of Pioneer House for Publishing & Distribution Pvt Ltd, Director Marketing International Pvt Ltd, Granton Marketing & World of Early Education. With all the experience and success in direct selling. He decided to take his licence for Web Genius New Zealand in 2006 in order to develop e-marketing concept in Sri Lanka.
