Hussein Adamally - Head of Operations
Hussein heads the operation in Sri Lanka.
He started his career in sales at the age of 17 and discovered a talent for selling Educational Solutions and has remained in the business of Direct Sales for almost 23 years. He also heads Pioneer House for Publishing & Distribution Pvt Ltd in the capacity of Country Manager.
He dedicates himself on helping others, a very positive individual and self motivated; he is always in the lookout for new opportunities and new talent where he could use his skills to show them their true potential. He believes in sharing his knowledge and experiences which he acquired through hard work and dedication throughout his career.
His ambition is to be a motivator and public speaker, where he can contribute towards the success of this society and especially to those up and coming budding individuals who want to make a success with their lives.
His motto is “Never let the things you can’t do, stop you from doing the things you can do”
Srinath Dolage - Head of Marketing
Srinath joined Web Genius in June 2007. He has over 15 years experience in the IT sector in technical, customer care and marketing. Srinath is also among the many who got amazed with the features of Web Genius. He is working towards to unleash the powerful features of Web Genius to the Sri Lankan market and to be the trend setter in the market.
Due to the lack of awareness of the power of online marketing and the lack of readiness in implementing the strategies in this area by a vast majority of both big and small companies, a big vacuum is currently being created in the market in terms of customer expectations and market delivery.
My personal belief is that business professionals should go beyond just accepting the company's website just as an Internet billboard, but understand the strategic importance of the company's website to exploit the marketing opportunities being posed by this great marketing asset of Internet.
Sanjaya Indragith De Silva - Head of Products
Sanjaya has been with Web Genius Lanka since early January 2007 and in that time has been instrumental in many Web Genius projects. Sanjaya is very capable in the implementation of the Web Genius Methods and Modules.
E-commerce is an area that Sanjaya has been very proactive in, as more and more Sri Lankan businesses are demanding this functionality.
He is a Sokian who studied at Ambalangoda after that he completed NIBM System Design and Analysis one year diploma. He is very capable of handling SEO & made lot of successful stories with webgenius clients.
Roshan Fernando - Design and Development cum Consultant
Roshan is one of the pioneer member of Web Genius Lanka. He has over five years hands on experience on web designing and graphic designing in IT and printing industries. His designs are well accepted by our clients. Roshan is a Diploma and Certificate holder for his creative graphic designs from well-known graphic institutes in the country.
Thushan Perera - Designer Consultant cum Trainer
Thushan is a Designer Consultant Cum Trainer of our team with over 7years of experience in IT and he was exposed to various industries such as Shipping, Insurance, Web and Hospitality his most recent employment was as a Web \ Graphic Designer in leading star class hotel before united with us. Now he’s amazed what web genius is capable of and loves the product.
He is a Diploma and a Certificate holder for Web & Graphic Designing from KENT Academy of Digital Arts, authorized Institute for ADOBE in Sri Lanka. Apart from that, Thushan is a certificate holder for Computer Based Accounting, Computer Hardware & Aviation. He is also awarded 3ds Max Diploma from Cadd Center,Specialized for 3d & Cadd designs.
Thomas Lalindra Ranaweera - Design and Development cum Web Consultant
Lalindra is with more than six years web and graphics design experience, who is very much enjoying getting to grips with the Web Genius Methods and Modules. Rather than simply designing web pages, Web Genius is about creating an online sales system, and it is this added dimension that Lalindra is enjoying. He also administrates and maintains the network and computers to make sure they are error free.
He is a member of Australian Computer Society and has successfully completed a 2 year Advance Diploma in Computer Studies at Singapore Informatics Colombo, validated and certified by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate with a Merit award.
